Gerdes Medical AG, a new daughter company of Gerdes Aktiengesellschaft, aquired the business of Swiss Red AG January 2023. The successful simulated daylight PDT system indoorLux^© and all corresponding patents and trademarks were transferred. All existing and new customers will be serviced by Gerdes Medical from now on.

Gerdes Aktiengesellschaft is private owned company founded in 1989 and still run by her original founders. Gerdes AG is a development, production and distribution company for high tech products in many different fields like High speed trains and Prison Security systems. The new daughter company Gerdes Medical AG will use all development and production capacity from Gerdes AG and will develop and provide new Medical Products. The first product is patended system indoorLux^©, which will now be brought to a broader market.
